Staff Training
Staff training is an integral part of Business Cleaning Services’ employment process.
We don’t simply leave staff to start cleaning, regardless of their experience.
BCS strives to achieve a consistently high standard of service and for consistency
amongst staff.
We have a range of training means including:
‘Quick Start’ guides for new recruits, enabling BCS to get new cleaning staff up
and running, safely and quickly.
Video and DVD based training for more in-depth aspects of cleaning services and Health
& Safety.
Computer based training for more comprehensive training in both Health & Safety and
employment matters.
Over and above other training methods, detailed, on-job, verbal training is delivered
to all members of staff upon appointment. Every customer premises is different and
verbal training and job shadowing is one of the most effective means of introducing
new employees to BCS.
Ultimately, we want all staff to integrate seamlessly into BCS and to be able to
competently deliver the high-standard of cleaning services that we strive to achieve.
