Why colour code?  It’s simple, to help stamp out cross-contamination.

 

To some new customers though, implementing a colour coded cleaning system for their office of warehouse comes as something of a surprise.

 

Perhaps that’s because we take it for granted that, at home, we would all simply “know” what gets used where, regardless of whether its red, blue, green or any other colour.

 

That may be a great principle at home, but it’s almost impossible to implement in a commercial cleaning environment, so it’s amazing that in today’s world the concept of colour coding is sometimes still not applied, either by cleaning contractors or by a customer’s previously directly-employed cleaning personnel.
